And I'm about to get it taken out tomorrow. Hopefully they won't hack off my parathyroid by accident. And my vocal nerves. Good thing is I'm going solo through this. I dont know how I would survive just being in a hospital surrounded by emotional and cringey people. I just love space. And mental conditioning with few distracting people is a feat for me. I have to explain this yet to my neighbor patient- she worries so much about me.
There were so many shells! The villagers harvest and cook them then seperate the flesh from the shells which they leave at the shore. They were so beautiful to look at with hughs of blue to purple. I hope they find a way to make use of the discarded shells. So many of them, and they just go to waste. So many water lillies too, lavander colored water lillies. A friend of mine who is a local in Bato said they introduced to the locals how to process the lilly leaves and weave them into bags and baskets. An additional source of job and income for the villagers. Some kinds of fish still thrive in the water like the shells. So many beautiful things. But you bet there are also many ugly human stuff around and in the lake. The creek coming from the village houses with used dirty water goes right into the lake. Sometimes their trashbins go right into the lake also. Im assuming some people'sshit and piss go into the lake though i havent have the luck to have stepped on one yet(At my home town's beach you can get a plenty). They say once there were so many fish in the lake and the shore was white with sand. I could only imagine. I dont think it's possible again to see that kind of beauty there was once at lake Bato. What can I do? What can we do?
Im posting this article through my phones terrible data connectio in a hurry because i might get disconnected. I just want to say this place, the hike going to this placr and the birds and the locals in this place are amazing. Just dont go there later than 8 in the morning eapecially during summer time- which is now, because the heat is so horrible. It took us about 1/2 hour to reach the falls. Im gonna edit tgis lol. Bye!
My region isn't so great when it comes to making things happen and to progress. Not an overall beautiful place but it has it little niches and safe harbors that you can visit to help you unwind or to just be with nature. You just got to know where to look. There are still a lot of undisturbed and unexplored beautiful places that I have yet to see and im looking forward in exploring, being lulled and rejuvenated in these secret havens because god knows I need it. Even if it's just a small tiny pond or a cow dung pasture I'd happily accept they're availbale nooks for me to daydream in.
I mosty do this - exploring nature, with friends, but Im gonna try doing it alone.
But I can be your tour guide too. Lol. Just bring sackS of watermelons with you and Im sold. If you dont know where to get them, I know places with the sweetest tiniest watermelons. Bribe me. ^^
